如何写一篇具有转化的邮件(附模板)

对于我们外贸人来说,想跟潜在客户取得联系,开发信是必不可少的。花钱去参展,收到了名片后,该如何与客户保持高效联系呢?到底什么样的开发信才能称之为有效的开发信?

关于开发信主题
我们为了要引起客户注意力,主题要嘛很长,要嘛很短,亲测有效。
邮件主题可包含:关键词,符号等,比如To:xxx//Re:关键词
注意,邮件主题不要包含敏感词,如price、peomotion等
还有一点,如果是老客户邮件,请不要改主题。

下列标题作参考:
如果有价格优势的,直接放价格在标题里面
Newest rainbow ball 3 size$17.8 .silver $11.4 ,etc—Apple
没有价格优势的,写明对象,产品
TO Paul--the differentstyle e cig ball trip tip —Apple
如果是新品,我喜欢加在热款里面一起发开发信
Smart phone hot selling withnewest model pictures. —Apple
老客户偶尔联系下,发些生活上的事情一起分享
To martin--share with you my weekend— Apple

关于开发信内容
邮件内容要尽量简短一些,不要太啰嗦。主要写出产品的卖点、产品的特性、公司的卖点与实力。
对于客人的问题,要耐心的逐条回答,每次回答要回答到问题的关键点。
关于价格,这里建议大家不要给出所有的价格,客户要哪个产品我们就提供哪个产品的价格,给客人一个概念报批量价吸引客人,但是切记不可以一次提供底价,要给自己留有余地。
关于正文内容:一行不要太长,屏幕的三分之一即可,也尽量使用简短语句。

开发信的时间
关于邮件回复,我们首先要了解该客户的区域性,熟悉世界各地的时区。
个人的建议是:首封开发信最好在客户上班后0.5-1个小时后发。毕竟此刻人家已经上班,慢慢进入工作状态,有助于开发信被认真阅读。
这里要提醒大家:
亚洲区域与中国时差是前后2-3个小时,非欧区域比中国晚5-7个小时,美洲区域比中国时间晚12-15个小时。

开发信小技巧
以上分享了关于开发信邮件方面的建议,这里再给大家一些开发信的小技巧。我们第一封开发信最好不要带附件,如果发图片,可以以链接形式,以缩小邮件内存。
然后我们就要用小号邮箱来发开发信了:
为此,你要学习用Outlook和Word结合批量群发,单个显示客户姓名。邮件末尾添加取消订阅“unsubscribe”按钮,用来排除目标客户。
1、注册小号:如阿里云、Yahoo、Gmail。
2、邮箱建立信用:用小号给信用较高的邮箱(Hotmail)试发邮件与信用度很高的邮箱产生不带附件的邮件。
3、关于阿里云:mail.aliyun.com 一个手机号可注册3个,群发限制40封。第一封马上发送, 第二封2小时后,第三封4小时后,点击分别发送。

什么时候用范围报价?
1. 很多时候客户一封邮件过来就问产品报价, 可是你对客户的具体需求、 数
量等并不了解直接报价过去很冒失也显得不专业, 这个时候可以直接先跟客
报一个范围价,再跟客户确认其具体需、 订量。
好处:
1. 这样一来竟回答客户的问题, 二来也可以自然过渡你想要确认的东西
2. 有些客户你跟他确认具体需求时客户就不是很配合一直盯着价格问, 这时
候也可以先发一个范围报价过去。
