求救帖:我该怎么治治客户的健忘症 How to Cure Forgetfulness of Customer

转眼秋风已起,时间似箭似得在指尖溜走。
In an instant, there comes the autumn wind. Time slips away on our finger.

就在这时阿连收到了连粉YY的求救帖,希望各位大神可以指点一下,该怎么拿下这位客户:
A fan YY asked me for help, asking how to catch this customer:  

YY的一位曾经上门拜访过的客户,从5月份最后一批货出货后,他的订单就一直拖着没有落实下来,眼见9月份订单一片空白,实则着急。
One of YY’s customers who had visited his company, from the last shipment in May, his order had not been implemented. He was quite anxious due to no performance in September.

三月份的时候YY还上门拜访过这位大品牌客户,当时给客户推荐介绍一个新款,并且给客户留下了样板测试。当时客户也信誓旦旦地答应道会测试完样板没问题后,就尽快下这个新款的订单。并且会考虑将全部的同类产品集中在YY这里采购。
In March, YY had visited the big brand and recommended a new model to him and left a sample for test. The customer also promised that he would place a new order if the test went smoothly and even would consider procure all the same products from YY.

(客户这是画了多大个饼啊。老客户,YY又亲自上门拜访了,还表达了如此强烈的下单意愿,怎么不让人开心,心动呢?)
(This promise was quite attractive: YY visited this regular customer again in person. The customer had strong intention to place order, how exciting and moved he was!)

YY听到客户这样说肯定深信不疑,但是,后来简直就是说多都是泪。5月客户的一个柜子的货出完后,YY想以客户的品牌实力肯定会计划着之前谈好的订单的,所以问起客户样板测试情况,OH, MY GOD。客户居然完全忘记了YY曾经给他留下了样板,这是搞啥子嘛,更不要说测试了,客户现在是连样板都找不到了。能怎么样?重新寄样呗,好让客户尽快测试,确认订单,赶客户销售旺季。
YY greatly believed what the customer said, but, he was heartbroken afterward. After shipment of one cargo in May, YY thought that as a big brand, his customer must have plan of the previous order so he asked the customer the situation of the sample test. OH, MY GOD, the customer totally forgot YY’s sample. The customer couldn’t find that sample. What shall do? Sent again, so that customer could arrange test ASAP and confirm order to catch the peak season.

客户拿到样板后,YY就立刻一直催客户测试样板,一个星期后再联系上,客户爽快地让YY发PI好确认订单。价格,采购量的全部都已经谈妥,YY心想这次已经就十拿八稳,没什么问题的了。将PI发出后,也安排了工厂开始备料。然而这并没有什么卵用,就在PI发出好几天还没有答复后,YY再次电话联系上客户,客户居然回复说因为现在有大量库存,所以这个订单需要暂时延迟。心啊,碎了一地!(阿连也跟着心碎一地好不好)。
After getting the sample, YY immediately urged customers to test the model. A week later, when contacting again, customers told YY to send PI to confirm orders readily. Price, quantity were all done, YY thought everything must go well so he sent PI and start preparation. But it made no difference. A few days after sending PI, without replay, YY called customer again but the customers unexpectedly said that they had a large number of stock so the order should be delayed. He was broken-hearted! (So was I).

这种情况下,YY也只能催,催,不停追。
In this case, YY could only urge, urge and urge.

就在这个月初,终于客户肯接YY电话了,(容许阿连猜测,应该是客户又忘了YY是谁,所以接了)。客户还要YY重新发之前他确认下来款式的报价,CHECK完报价后,客户就再次爽快地要PI(客户已经完全忘记了之前YY曾经给他发PI的事情了)。
At the beginning of this month, the customer answered YY (I guessed that he might forget YY so he answered it). He asked YY for models that he had confirmed before. Checking the quotation, he got the PI (he totally forgot receiving PI before).

并且还让YY发送印刷品供挑选。这次应该100%没问题了吧?发出PI后本来客户答允当天可以确认下来,直到晚上都还没有回复,立即WHATSAPP追问,客户再次因为库存的问题要搁置订单……
He also asked YY to send artwork for selection. This time, nothing would be wrong, right? The customer promised to confirm that day after the PI was sent. But he got no reply even at that night, so YY asked on WHATSPP but the order still was delayed due to stock…

故事没完,但到现在为止这个订单还是未知数。
This is not the end of this story because this order is still a question until now…

面对这位客户的周而复始的失忆症,周而复始的拖延症,YY求大家过招帮忙给客户治治,阿连觉得各大连粉一定会有高招的,过两招帮帮忙可好?
In the face of such a customer with amnesia and procrastination, please help YY to cure the customer. I know you can give effective method, can you help him?

周而复始这样 感觉 不应该是健忘症    可能客户是在比价格   比产品  有点危机呢     客户可能有好几家供应商 在同时联系  再相互比较
